Shipping Policy

In order to serve our valued customers best, Livingcare Vietnam provides the following information regarding our product shipping policy:

Delivery Time after Placing Order

Upon successful payment confirmation, Livingcare will package the products and have them ready for shipment within 1 to 2 working days. Subsequently, the order will be shipped and delivered to the designated address within the next 3 working days.

Delivery Fee

In Ho Chi Minh City:

  • Time: 3 days after receiving purchase confirmation
  • Free shipping within HCMC (Shipping cost)

In other provinces:

  • Livingcare will assess and provide specific pricing for each order.

Checking Order Status

Customers will receive an email notification when the order is dispatched. (oAdditionally, customers can contact our Customer Care department to track the delivery progress.

Case of late Delivery

In such cases, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care department via Hotline 0817 352 607 or Livingcare Vietnam’s contact information. We are always ready to assist you in tracking your order.

However, please be patient and wait for up to 5 days from the date the product is dispatched. Rest assured that Livingcare always has the best customer support policy in place for any issues caused by shipping delays.

Responsibility for Product During Transportation

Livingcare Vietnam ensures that we take responsibility for instances such as product damage, scratches, or breakage during the transportation process from our warehouse to the customer’s address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the product upon receipt, including factors such as appearance, design, and color. If any defects such as scratches, dents, or breakage are discovered, please contact us immediately at Hotline 0817 352 607 for prompt resolution.

Once confirmation is signed with the delivery personnel, any issues arising with the product will not be accepted for handling by us (except for technical faults from the manufacturer).

In cases where the transportation service is designated by the customer, if any circumstances arise that affect the quality of the product or result in loss or damage, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and related losses.
