The conditions to refund

Types of situations when customers can contact and ask for an exchange (complete box and accessories required):

+ Wrong product delivered to order.

+ The item is damaged, dented, mishandled during shipping, or has a manufacturing fault.

+ The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the order’s successful delivery. After 30 days, depending on each case, there will be a specific solution.

LivingCare will do 1 for 1 exchange for you if it is due to a manufacturer error. Based on the circumstances, we will resolve it in the most appropriate manner after a month.

Cases in which product returns are not accepted

Under the following situations, LivingCare will not accepted product returns:

+ The consumer demands a last-minute adjustment to the goods they ordered.

+ Consumers are not covered for the product return policy at LivingCare (no box, warranty card, missing accessories,…).

+ The product is not defective from the manufacturer and the shipping unit.

+ Damaged goods caused by natural catastrophes (flood, rain, storm, …)

+ Consumers misuse products because they don’t properly read the instructions.

+ The product’s warranty has expired.

+ Products like water filters and shower filters are also not returnable for hygienic and health concerns.”
