Warranty Policy by Livingcare Viet Nam

Water purifiers have become an essential part of our daily lives. These smart devices ensure that our families have access to clean, safe water for drinking and all activities. However, to ensure that your device always functions efficiently and avoids any issues, please carefully read the warranty policy information from Livingcare below.

Warranty Period

The warranty policy at Livingcare includes the right to inspect and repair your water purifier free of charge for a certain period after purchase. The warranty period applies from the confirmed purchase date on the warranty certificate or warranty label. Depending on the specific product/equipment, there are different warranty periods as follows:

  • Water purifier models: 5-year warranty
  • Semiconductor chips: 1-year warranty
  • In case a customer requests an inspection/repair/installation of the water purifier, Livingcare’s team will be present at the customer’s home within 24 hours.
  • If the water purifier requires repair at our office, Livingcare will provide a replacement water purifier to ensure uninterrupted water supply for your family.

Warranty Conditions

Here are the conditions to meet for warranty coverage:

  • The product is manufactured, imported, assembled, and distributed under the Livingcare Viet Nam brand.
  • The product is still within the warranty period.
  • Defects or component damage are verified and assessed as manufacturer-related or occurring during transportation.
  • The warranty certificate/warranty label has complete information: Serial number, machine type, manufacturing date, customer information, etc.

Exclusions/Subject to Warranty Fees

  • Products that have exceeded the warranty period.
  • Products damaged due to unauthorized repairs, relocation of parts, improper storage, misuse, as well as failure to follow the attached product instructions.
  • Products that are deformed, cracked, or broken during use.
  • Products without warranty labels, with erased codes.
  • Products, components of equipment, or parts that are not owned by Livingcare.
