Inventory Inspection Policy

In order to ensure the delivery of products of the highest quality to customers and to promptly address any issues or defects, Livingcare Vietnam presents its inventory inspection policy and general transaction conditions (Details: Article 32 of Decree No. 52/2013/ND-CP and Article 1 of Decree No. 85/2021/ND-CP).

Customer Responsibilities and Timing of Inspection During Transactions

Timing and Scope of Inspection

  • Customers are required to inspect the goods together with Livingcare Vietnam’s delivery staff at the time of receipt.
  • Customers are responsible for carefully checking product information, design, and appearance.
  • Inspect the product features along with the Livingcare Vietnam team.
  • Customers must not remove or tamper with any sealing stickers or security labels.

Please note, customers are advised to record a video while unpacking the goods for reference if needed. After completing the inspection process, if customers have no objections or concerns, Livingcare Vietnam will not be held responsible for cases requesting returns or exchanges due to scratches, dents, or incorrect products.

Livingcare’s Responsibilities Regarding Shipped Products

Livingcare Vietnam will be responsible for all risks of damage and loss during the shipping process of orders.

Customers are responsible for thorough inspection upon receipt as outlined above. If any damage such as scratches, dents, breakages, or incorrect product delivery is detected, please contact our Hotline at 0817 352 607 for assistance.

After successful delivery without any notes or comments on the product, Livingcare will not be responsible for addressing cases of scratches, dents, or breakages later on.

In cases where customers specify their own shipping service, customers will bear full responsibility for the products during transit from the company’s warehouse to the delivery location. Customers will also bear the related freight charges and losses.

Allocation of Responsibilities of Merchants and Logistics Service Providers Regarding Provision of Cargo Documentation During Delivery

All products/orders are carefully packaged before transportation and sealed by Livingcare Vietnam.

The shipping unit will only be responsible for transporting goods according to the principle of “intact and original packaging.”

All order packaging will contain the following information:

  • Recipient Information
  • Recipient’s name
  • Phone number
  • Recipient’s address
  • Order tracking number

To ensure safety and that the products remain in good condition and intact, Livingcare will attach a valid financial invoice or warehouse release voucher for the product in the package (if available).

Financial invoices or warehouse release vouchers serve as supporting evidence in the complaint handling process, such as determining the market value of goods and ensuring the legitimate circulation of goods.
